By going ahead and booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions.

We only offer free collection and delivery within certain areas, outside of these areas a collection and delivery fee applies.

 

All personal belongings must be removed from your items as we will not accept any liability for loss or damage 

 

All additional fittings must be removed before we collect :ie buggy clips, buggy boards, parasols, adapters etc

 

Please have your items ready for collection, we do not remove car seats from cars or fit them into cars 

 

During transport items may move around, it is your responsibility to check all safely features and straps are in place after transit.

 

All items must be checked upon delivery, any problems must be reported at time of delivery.

 

We wrap your items in plastic to keep them from soiling in transit back, we do not recommend you store them in this. 

 

We do not recommend storing in shed, garage, outside building conservatory etc. Please store items  in a dark dry place.

 

We do not guarantee a time, we only estimate that we will be with you between 9.00-12.30.

Due to conditions outside our control we cannot guarantee it.

 

We don’t guarantee that all marks, stains, mould can be removed but we try out very best.

 

As with all fabrics regular cleaning can fade fabrics over time.

 

Any items damaged or lost will be replaced with a like for like item.

 

We will only make one attempt to deliver back your goods. If you are not in at the agreed time, you will have to collect from our base in Luton 

 

If the item is soiled heavily with mould and has been on the item for a long time, a chlorine based product may need to be used, but will be fully rinsed.

We will not enter your house so please ensure we can collect from the door step.
