How does it work?

Booking

​

Contact us: you can call, text or contact us here using the contact form. Simply tell us what you want cleaning and we will let you know a price and arrange a collection time unless you are choosing our drop off option.

​

We can come to your home/friend or work address. We will take your items away. Once clean we will arrange delivery back.

 

Collection /delivery times are between 9:00 & 12.30.

We are not open Saturday or Sundays but on occasion can arrange collections /deliveries on these mornings 

 

Please send your postcode, and we can let you know if we cover your area and if there will be an additional collection and delivery fee.

On the day of collection

 

Please have all items ready for collection, removing all personal items, buggy clips, buggy boards etc please also remove any instruction manuals.

 

Note: accessories such as foot muffs / rain covers / buggy boards etc are not included in the cost of a buggy clean unless otherwise stated so please remove these if they are not being cleaned.

 

We will not enter your house so please ensure we can collect from the door step.

We will also not take car seats out of cars or fit them in.

Borrowing or Hiring items

​

We will give you the make, model and instruction manual so that you can deem whether they are suitable for your car and child. 

 

If borrowing or hiring our buggies or strollers, you must cease using immediately if you notice any damage. 

 

We accept no liability for misuse of these items. 

 

In order for us to offer complimentary use of our car seats and buggies we do ask you not to let your little ones eat or drink in them for the small period of time you have them. This enables us to just give them a steam clean after every use instead of a full deep clean, this then let’s us offer this service for free. 

 

We will send you confirmation along with a photo that we have your items via text/email/ Facebook whatever method we have been using to converse with.

If you prefer a paper confirmation please request this the day before we collect.

 

Collections & Deliveries 

​

We will only attempt to deliver your items back once, if you are not in during the specified time frame agreed, you will have to collect from our Luton base.

 

If you live in a flat or we have to access your premises by stairs, please inform us at the time of booking. Any large heavy items such a car seats with bases attached ie: cybex sirrona, joie 360 we will not carry up and down flights of stairs for our staffs safely and security, they will meet you on the ground floor.

Collections and deliveries are between 9.00-12.30 which means we will be there anytime during that time frame. We can give you a text 1/2 hour before we arrive but cannot guarantee an exact time slot. 

​

How Long Does it take?

​

On average, single items take approximately 7 days for a full deep clean.

This can vary though depending on many factors.

​

Car seat vomit accidents we can usually turn this around within 72 hours.

 

Where you live for example, we are in Harpenden/ St Albans / Hitchin everyday so can deliver within 2 to 3, but we only travel to Potters Bar once a week so your item would be return a week later.

 

Also if you have mould on an item it will take longer/ if there is very heavy soiling / pet urine / very thick fabrics or padding your items may take a little longer but we'll keep you up to date. Don't panic if you think you can't be without your Buggy for a few days we can loan you a complimentary top of the range replacement.*

 

We have on a number occasions even able to turn around items within 24 hours if needed. We don't charge extra for this like some companies, if it's possible we'll do it

When booking just let us know if you need the items back quickly and we will try our very best. 

​

Loan Buggies

 

There's no need to worry about how you'll cope without your buggy  for a few days.

We have buggy’s and strollers available to use while we have yours, these needs to be booked in advance so please contact us. Ts&Cs apply

 

Payment

​

Payment is to be made at the time we drop your items back to you. We accept cash. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or PayPal this must be made 24 hours before we return the items. Please request bank details 24 hours before we return your items.

​

Note, we do not carry large amounts of change, so please have the correct amount ready, if you need change please inform us before 9am on the day of your delivery so we can ensure we bring some.

*A deposit may be required.

Cleaning your buggy to sell? 

We can advertise on our Facebook page FREE of charge. We have well over 2000 followers locally. 

​

We will only do this if there is no damage, it's not heavily worn, there has

been no mould on it and it's in generally good all round condition.
